I came across this recipie for chilli peppers with choclate dip and decided to give it a try, since they're both sweet and spicy – in my opinion – a perfect combo for something to nibble on when it's cold out there.

They were really easy to make too. Here's what you need :
6 big chilli peppers
The filling:
100g boiled egg whites (you can also fry them or substitute them with quark)
3 tbsp of milk
1 heaped tbsp of cocounut flakes
1 heaped tbsp of ground flax seed
1 heaped tbsp of chia seeds (you could use Psyllium Husk instead)
pinch of salt
Chocolate dip ( I used the Walden Farms – no calories , sugar or other nasties )

Chop the egg whites, add salt , cocounut flakes, chia seed and flax seeds. Mix, add milk and mix again .
Wash the peppers, cut them in half and get rid of the seeds (make sure you wash your hands after handling them and do not touch your face, eyes or nose before that or you're gonna have a bad time!)
Stuff the peper halves with the filling you made and pop them under the grill for around 20 minutes.
Serve hot with delicious chocolate dip .

All that indulgement is guilt free as the macros are as follows :
