3. Hershey's Sugar Free Chocolates Sauce

They say sugar is addictive, but for me, Hershey's sugar free chocolate sauce is addictive. It tastes just like chocolate sauce but with NO sugar and NO fat, how can you not get addicted. I have it on my protein pancakes and with my morning oats, but you can use it however you want, in milk, coffee, on fat-free yoghurt or with strawberries.

Hershey's sugar free chocolate sauce is perfect for a diet, people who have diabetes or even just for everyday life. A 2 tablespoon serving contains only 15 calories, trust me two tablespoons goes a long way as they consistency is thin.

2. Kodiak cakes Bear Country Cookies

This dessert reminds me of that moment as a child, when a parent or a grandparent baked them heavenly cookies for you. Still there wondering what her secret is – How did they make them taste this good.

Well Kodiak cakes cookies are my secret, when I bake them for others and they ask for my recipe, 'what is your secret they say.' I tell them it is very simple, butter and one egg. That is quite literally all that I mix with the Kodiak cakes Bear Country Cookies box. Another little secret, Kodiak cakes cookies is 100% all natural ingredients. For those of you that don't like dark chocolate, please don't be put off by the dark chocolate chips, I despise dark chocolate but I love these.

I few tips that I have learnt along the way with this product. The box says cook at 350 degrees, remember this is Fahrenheit not Celsius, and cook at about 180 degrees Celsius. Put very small balls of mix for each cookie, a heaped tablespoon will do fine. The first time I tried baking these, I made them so big that it came out the oven like a tray of flapjack rather than cookies. Finally, lick the bowl!! It gives you a great taste of what is to come out the oven.

So to recap, this product is extremely simple to make, even if you have never baked before, you can convince everyone that you would be a solid contender on the Great British Bake Off.

1. Jell-O Instant Pudding & Pie Filling Sugar Free

My all-time favourite low calorie dessert, I have every faith that you will also love Jell-O. With a varied range of flavours it has something for everyone, from the typical chocolate fudge, zesty lemon and my personal favourite white chocolate. Not only is this desserts sugar free it also only has 25 calories per serving, and 6g of carbs per serving. I must admit I eat 2 servings (half a bowl) which is 50 calories + one glass of milk, this makes me feel so much healthier than eating a bar of chocolate or cake from the supermarket.

You don’t need to be a master baker to indulge in this amazing dessert. Simply mix the contents in the packet with 2 cups of milk and whisk for about 2 minutes until smooth. Whole milk sets the pudding better than any other milk, I once tried it with almond milk and it stayed extremely watery, therefore I wouldn’t recommend it to vegans. Unlike the milk, Jell-O contents have 0g of fat and 0g of sugar, but the taste is incredible.

It doesn’t take a lot of time to make or set. It is a perfect quick dessert if you’re short of time, or if you have more time to get creative then desserts that you can make with Jell-O are limitless; Pie, Cheesecakes, Trifle, Mousse, even Eaton Mess, get creative. The texture is fluffy and sets well enough to manipulate like icing, whatever you decide to do with this amazing product, be sure to share your recipe with us.

Enjoy.
