Olimp Nutrition have added some great new flavours to their Twister Hi Protein Bars range and we were lucky enough to give them a try.
The Twister bar has been a long standing product for Olimp Nutrition.
Each bar is loaded with over 18g of Protein - a blend of 60% Micellar Casein, 30% Whey Concentrate and 10% Soy, giving a great time release of protein to keep you full for longer. Over 25g of Carbohydrates for sustained energy throughout the day and only 4.8g of Fat – over 2g of essential Omega 6 Fatty Acids. All of this is delivering you 218.9 Kcal.
These are a great essential if you are travelling or a short on time to ensure your not missing out on a meal.
The bars come in 5 amazing flavours; Fudge Chocolate, Lemon Cake, Pistachio, Tiramisu, Wild Berries. All of which have a sweet chocolate coating, either milk or white depending on the bar.
I've been snacking on a box of the Lemon Cake flavour, it tastes just like a lemon drizzle cake, with a really soft and moist texture.
All round a great bar to keep on hand!
